NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lee County Legislative Delegation will convene for its annual public meeting on Thursday, January 9th, 2025 at 9:00 AM and adjourn no later than 1:00 PM, or upon conclusion of the agenda and public comment. The purpose of the Delegation Meeting is to hear from the public and conduct local business, including a public hearing on any local bills placed on the agenda. The Delegation Meeting will be held in Fort Myers at Florida Southwestern State College, 8099 College Parkway, Fort Myers, 33919, in the Nursing Building, Room AA-177.

The deadline to submit a local bill for consideration is 5:00 PM on Friday, December 13th, 2024. All proposed local bills must be accompanied by completed paperwork required by the Florida Legislature and submitted via electronic mail to tiffany.esposito@myfloridahouse.gov, or in writing to State Representative Tiffany Esposito at 16301 Innovation Lane, Suite 123, Fort Myers, FL 33913.

For those persons wishing to make a general presentation (not related to local bills) at the Delegation Meeting, the deadline to submit said request is 5:00 PM on Friday, December 13th, 2024. All requests must be submitted via electronic mail to kareli.plata@myfloridahouse.gov or in writing to the mailing address listed above.
